Browser-based tools

Most tools on this site run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your text, files, and inputs are processed on your own device and are never sent to our servers. Closing the tab or losing your internet connection doesn't interrupt anything, because we were never involved in the first place.

Server-processed tools

Some tasks — certain PDF conversions, video processing, and lookups like DNS or WHOIS — require a server. When you use one of these, your file or query is sent to our server, processed, and the result is returned to you. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. We do not keep copies, back them up, or use them for anything else.

What we store locally

Your light/dark mode preference is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. This stays on your device — we don't receive or store it on our end.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. If that changes in the future — for example, if we add analytics to understand which tools are most useful — this page will be updated first.

Accounts

You don't need an account to use any tool on this site. If account features are added later (to save preferences or history), that will always remain optional.
